Today we’re talking about health customs. Since a long time ago it has been known that people have implemented different habits that have helped them to survive, but today what we seek is to maintain a healthy lifestyle both physically and mentally.

Staying healthy is important because we avoid the risk of chronic diseases, respiratory problems, alterations in the heart, and mental illnesses like anxiety or depression.

This is an essential issue at present because of the problems we are going through, that is why we have made a presentation about the healthy customs of our ancestors that we can apply in our current lives.

A life without fast food. We can't even imagine. Since reading your post we've been thinking about our health and it's not good.
